Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Hiring Managers to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Research the company's profile and Develop Recruitment strategies based on Pro-Vigils needs.
• Define job description and document specifications.
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels like Job Portals, Naukri, Social media, References, etc.
• Create a candidate persona for each open position.
• Actively Involved in the Selection Process, follow up with Hiring Managers on Profile Selection and Interview Schedules regularly, and make it a point that Recruitment Deliverables are met.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the HR Head for Offer Roll-out and onboarding.
• Maintain Recruitment Trackers and present timely recruitment updates to management.
• Research and develop recruiting leads.
• Develop a sustainable candidate-lead strategy.

What It Takes

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
• Excellent hands-on experience in core IT recruitment hiring.
• Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Identifying the gaps and clearing them with the Reporting Manager.
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
• 2-4 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Team player
• Self-disciplined and Good time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
