Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Strong payroll understanding with Min 10 + years of work experience in payroll processing exclusively in the BPO Sector.
Minimum of 4 Years as a Manager with Team Handling experience.Hands on GreytHR is mandatory. Experience in working with external payroll vendors.Experience in implementing the GreytHR Payroll module and maintaining the standards of the payroll module.Efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (including Advanced Excel Formulas)Demonstrated ability to perform processes in an organized, systematic fashion.Passionate about technology and comfortable learning new systems.Proven successful track record in meeting tight deadlines.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and SLAs.High degree of attention to detail and focus on the integrity of accounting and reporting of financial transactions and results.

Required Skills.

Gather attendance input from all the sources and ensure that the pay components are accurate.
Timely processing of monthly payroll and validating that the payroll calculations are accurate.Interacting with stakeholders and guiding them on required approvals and documentation needs for the payroll inputs.Timely Attendance Freeze and processing of India Payroll.Interact with the finance department for processing the payroll, ensuring accurate output, and solving any queries from them.Developing and managing monthly payroll MIS and reporting structure for both external and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with PV Indias policies, Payroll SOP, and internal controls framework.Manage Employee Benefits like Group Life Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Accident Insurance, Gratuity, PF, ESI and Bonus.Owns rewards and benefits disbursements like Leave Encashment, Leave and tracking.Coordinate benefit setup, deduction and compliance reporting issues with Information Systems, Human Resources, and Tax Compliance.Prepares HR Benefits and Management report along with analytics.
