Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field. 2 4 years of payroll processing experience in India, preferably with mid-to-large organizations. 2 Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliances: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS). Experience with HRMS/payroll systems (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation). Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Prior experience in healthcare or technology companies.
