Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with other recruitment tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in their career in talent acquisition and grow within the recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
  • Experience working on state client requirements (Mandatory)
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, including phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Job Postings: Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Recruitment Administration: Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate records, updating databases, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.

Job Type: Full Time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Minimum Experience : 2+ years (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift
  • Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 07/07/2025

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus
