IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and job specifications for different IT positions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess technical and interpersonal fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and dashboards.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes are completed within timelines.
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
• Strong knowledge of IT skills, software technologies, and hiring trends.
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong candidate-screening and evaluation skills.
• Basic knowledge of ATS tools is an added advantage.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract roles.
• Good understanding of market compensation and benchmarking.
