Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Consultant who possesses end-to-end knowledge of ERPNext core modules and can independently handle the configuration, workflow setup, demonstration, and documentation of ERPNext-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging with clients, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring smooth deployment and handover. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement core ERPNext modules including Accounts, HRMS, Payroll, Projects, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Deep end to end knowledge of these modules. Create and manage custom Doctypes, workflows, and role-based permissions . Design and configure dynamic approval workflows and notifications . Perform data migration, user setup, and master data configuration . Conduct requirement gathering sessions , prepare functional specifications , and document process flows. Provide demonstrations, user training, and UAT support for ERPNext implementations. Collaborate with the technical team for custom app development, integrations, and API-based extensions . Maintain project documentation including SRS, user manuals, test cases, and deployment notes. Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues and coordinate resolutions. Support Go-Live and post-implementation stabilization activities.
