Role Overview:

ERPNext Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement

  core ERPNext modules

  including Accounts, HRMS, Payroll, Projects, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Deep end to end knowledge of these modules.
• Create and manage

  custom Doctypes, workflows, and role-based permissions

  .
• Design and configure

  dynamic approval workflows

  and

  notifications

  .
• Perform

  data migration, user setup, and master data configuration

  .
• Conduct

  requirement gathering sessions

  , prepare

  functional specifications

  , and document process flows.
• Provide

  demonstrations, user training, and UAT support

  for ERPNext implementations.
• Collaborate with the technical team for

  custom app development, integrations, and API-based extensions

  .
• Maintain project documentation including SRS, user manuals, test cases, and deployment notes.
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support Go-Live and post-implementation stabilization activities.
