As an experienced Recruitment Specialist at IT Solutions & Services, your role will involve managing the complete recruitment life-cycle to source the best talent from diverse sources. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing the recruitment plan based on manpower requirements forecasted. - Collecting necessary documents from new hires and scheduling their joining dates. - Conducting past verifications of employees from previous employers, if required. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for recruitment, offer letters, joining formalities, and salary negotiations. - Having a good understanding of team handling, grooming, and motivating employees with knowledge of employee psychology. - Being target-oriented and comfortable with monthly target-based recruitment tasks. - Understanding the latest company systems and policies, particularly in HR, ISO, and CMMI standards. - Holding a position in HR or recruitment from a corporate background. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in managing the complete recruitment life-cycle effectively. - Ability to design recruitment plans aligned with manpower requirements. - Proficiency in documentation management for recruitment processes and salary negotiations. - Familiarity with past verification procedures for potential employees. - Knowledge of team handling, grooming, and motivating employees. - Understanding of HR and recruitment practices in a corporate setting.
