About the Role We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various IT roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Understand job requirements for various IT & Technical roles from hiring managers. Source candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, internal databases , and referrals. Screen resumes for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams. 2. Sourcing & Candidate Management Create and publish job postings on job portals and social media. Actively search and engage with candidates using Boolean search, X-ray search, and social recruiting. Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple requirements. 3. Stakeholder Interaction Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities. Share shortlisted profiles, schedule interviews, and follow-up on feedback. Maintain strong communication with candidates through the entire recruitment process. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records in ATS/Excel trackers. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sourcing, screening, and candidate progress. Ensure smooth onboarding coordination. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (or willingness to learn). Strong sourcing skills using job portals and social media. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree (any stream). 0–3 years of experience in IT or non-IT recruitment. Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR/Recruitment are strongly encouraged.
