IT Recruiter

Job Description:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment in the Indian market.
• Hands-on experience in the complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, etc.
• Ability to source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., developers, testers, architects, infrastructure, SAP).
• Ability to screen candidates effectively for technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Strong follow-up skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

• Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and databases.
• Leverage creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across various verticals and competencies.

Background Verification & Compliance:

• Handle background verification processes, ensuring all pre- employment checks are completed accurately.

Candidate Screening & Assessment:

• Review and evaluate candidate resumes, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical interviews, and behavioral
• assessments.
• Ensure accurate and detailed candidate submittals with key skills highlighted.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
