We are Hiring " Technical Recruiter for Domestic recruitment" for a premium Recruitment Consultancy based in Noida Sector-63. Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Domestic Recruitment) Job Location : B-block, Sector-63, Opposite Noida Sec-62 Gate No.2 Metro Station Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift) Experience : 2 - 5 Years Salary : Upto : 36000/ Month to 48000/month (fixed + incentive) Work Type : Strictly Work from Office Leaves : EL + CL + SL + National Holiday Nearest Metro : Noida sector 62 Work Days : Monday-Saturday (2nd& 4th Saturdays off) Work Timings : 9:30 Am-6:30 PM ( One hour flexi) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals across a range of technologies. You will play a critical role in building a strong tech team and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, job descriptions, and technical needs. Source and attract candidates using databases, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and job applications for IT roles including developers, system administrators, data engineers, QA testers, DevOps, and more. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain candidate databases (e.g., using ATS). Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to hiring teams. Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree done through regular mode. Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency). Familiarity with IT terminology, roles, and technologies. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience hiring for cloud, cybersecurity, data science, or other emerging tech roles. Technical background or certifications in HR or IT recruitment.
