Job Description

Client Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and maintain trusted partner relationships with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, advising on processes and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Collaborate on attraction strategies with Sourcing and Hiring Managers based on market and hiring demands.
  • Work independently with clients to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Recommend best-fit profiles and coach Hiring Managers on realistic expectations.

Internal Stakeholder Relationships

  • Monitor recruitment funnel metrics with Sourcing teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams for a seamless client and candidate experience.
  • Mentor supporting teams on best practices and client culture.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Ensure recruitment services align with contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Lead vacancy consultations with Hiring Managers and Sourcers to define recruitment plans (role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI, pay range, timelines, responsibilities, and selection process).
  • Act as a brand ambassador to engage and qualify candidates before presenting to Hiring Managers.
  • Partner with Sourcing teams to refine candidate shortlists and review with Hiring Managers.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
  • Support Hiring Managers in making hiring decisions and negotiating offers.
  • Manage offer process and close candidates.
  • Facilitate demand planning meetings for future hiring needs.
  • Support Assessment Centre planning and implement Talent Pooling strategies.

Technology and Compliance

  • Ensure real-time updates of candidate status and requisition changes in all systems.
  • Identify and share process improvement opportunities.
  • Highlight upselling opportunities to Manager Client Services.
  • Flag scope creep for contractual management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., age discrimination, employment risks, OFCCP, data management).
  • Report compliance risks in line with AMS Risk Management Framework.
