Job Summary

CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Recruiter / HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals, along with strong communication and coordination abilities. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, confident, and capable of managing multiple hiring mandates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical competencies
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up consistently
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Support HR activities such as documentation, joining formalities, and employee coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Meet recruitment deadlines and ensure timely closures of positions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
