• Minimum 2 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups for technical positions
• Partner with hiring managers and vendors to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms and job boards
• Use advanced sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, boolean search, referrals) to identify top talent
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring teams
• Maintain and update the candidate database, tracker sheets, and recruitment reports
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise hiring managers
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of common IT roles, skills, and technologies
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM tools for sourcing and tracking candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  

Added Advantage:

• Experience hiring for product, startup, or tech/education companies
• Familiarity with basic HR processes (offer roll-out, salary negotiation, onboarding coordination)
