Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT & Non-IT Recruiter who can independently manage complete recruitment cycles for multiple industries. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, confident in client/candidate communication, and able to handle high-volume hiring.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle hiring for IT roles: Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, UI/UX, Data, Product, etc.
• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Indeed, referrals and internal database.
• Screen technical skills and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Coordinate technical rounds and follow-up till onboarding.

Non-IT Recruitment

• Work on roles such as Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Admin, Customer Support, etc.
• Identify skill fit, communication level, and cultural match.
• Manage mass hiring and urgent closure requirements.

Common HR Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer closing).
• Build strong candidate pipelines for current & future roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain ATS/Excel trackers, daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure strong follow-up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain healthy relationships with clients and hiring managers.

Required Skills

• Hindi communication mandatory (English preferred).
• Experience in hiring for both IT & non-IT roles.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple portals.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and evaluate candidate fit.
• Good negotiation, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and close positions within deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
