Job Description

We are hiring for two distinct roles under our IT Recruitment vertical:

1 Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

2 Position: APAC IT Recruiter (Singapore/Malaysia market exposure preferred)

Location:
Gurugram (Work from Office 5 Days)

Type:
Contractual (6 months to 1 year) via Third-party Payroll
Mode of Interview:
Face-to-Face only

Experience Required:
2–5 Years in IT Hiring (Domestic or APAC)

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
Conduct technical and cultural fit assessments
Schedule interviews and manage feedback loops
Ensure timely closures of open mandates
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT hiring or APAC IT hiring
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation capabilities
Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
Prior experience in hiring for Singapore/Malaysia markets is a strong plus (for APAC role)
Only candidates with IT recruitment experience will be considered
US IT recruitment experience is not relevant for this role
