Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring managers.
  
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction sessions.
  

HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain and update employee records.
  
• Assist in preparing HR letters and documentation.
  
• Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll data compilation.
  

Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  
• Assist with internal communication and event coordination.
  

Training & Development

• Help organize training sessions and maintain training records.
  
• Track employee participation and feedback.
  

General HR Support

• Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.
  
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team.
  

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
