Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern / HR Recruitment Intern

Job Summary:

Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing

  • Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Utilize social media and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Create and post job descriptions across platforms.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job criteria.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills and role fit.
  • Maintain structured screening notes for hiring managers.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team leads for interview availability.
  • Track interview feedback and update the recruitment tracker.

4. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and daily MIS reports.
  • Assist in coordinating walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
  • Support documentation collection for selected candidates.

5. Candidate Engagement

  • Follow up with candidates for confirmations and joining updates.
  • Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & Email drafting.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Educational Qualification:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
