Customer Service & Support Shift Timings : 12:00 PM To 9:00 PM / 7:00 PM To 4:00 AM (Weekend Rotational) Job Description Responsible for providing correct & effective communication to existing & prospective customers about products & their applications Responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in Company as a partner of choice Responsible for collecting data and managing it Responsible for identifying customer needs and closing query calls Conduct telephonic interaction with customers provide information about product and services.
