Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand role requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in software, data analytics, automation, and other tech domains relevant to clean-tech manufacturing.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and professional communities.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards; ensure timely reporting on open positions and hiring metrics.
• Work closely with HR and business leaders to plan future hiring needs and talent pipeline development.
• Strengthen Attero’s employer branding by promoting our technology-first and sustainable work culture through digital channels.
• Stay updated on emerging recruitment tools, HR analytics, and technology hiring trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and relevant labor laws.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in IT or technical recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing, clean-tech, or engineering-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of technology roles such as software development, data analytics, automation, and ERP systems.
• Prior experience in corporate/in-house hiring (non-agency background is mandatory).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
