Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Supporting the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Assisting in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interests Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience Preparing regular reports and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and support data-driven decisions Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions Learning and applying basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations Assisting in employee engagement initiatives Providing administrative support through data entry, report generation, and other HR-related tasks About Company: Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
