Human Resources (HR) Internship in Noida

As an intern at Attero Recycling Private Limited, you will have the following day-to-day responsibilities: - Supporting the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Assisting in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms - Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interests - Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience - Preparing regular reports and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and support data-driven decisions - Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions - Learning and applying basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Assisting in employee engagement initiatives - Providing administrative support through data entry, report generation, and other HR-related tasks About the Company: Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
