Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring needs.
  
• Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
  
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure.
  
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring panels.
  
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal tracking systems.
  
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  
• Share recruitment metrics, reports, and insights with the HR/management team to improve hiring efficiency.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in

  IT recruitment

  (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and roles (e.g., developers, QA engineers, DevOps, data engineers).
  
• Experience with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and deliver within tight timelines.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for niche tech stacks or high-volume roles.
  
• Familiarity with modern hiring tools (GitHub sourcing, AI screening tools, etc.).
  
• Exposure to tech startup or SaaS environment is a plus.
