Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, networking, and industry events.
Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer and on-boarding.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with candidates.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and provide regular progress reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to achieve shared goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and relevant technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and other recruitment tools.
Experience with various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, networking, and social media.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A results-oriented approach with a demonstrable track record of success.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (desirable).
