Job Description

Role: Technical Recruiter (On-site, Lalbagh, Bengaluru)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle IT hiring for engineering and product roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and close top technical talent across software engineering, data, DevOps and QA functions.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for IT roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers and close candidates for engineering, data and product positions.
  • Proactively build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using Boolean search, direct sourcing and recruitment platforms for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct technical pre-screens and coordinate assessment workflows with hiring managers and technical interviewers to ensure quality-of-hire.
  • Manage ATS end-to-end: update candidate statuses, maintain accurate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports and dashboards to track SLAs and hiring metrics.
  • Drive on-site interview coordination, stakeholder communication and candidate experience—ensuring timely feedback and seamless offer processes.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies, market mapping and employer branding initiatives to improve time-to-fill and candidate acceptance rates.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven 2–6 years of full-cycle IT/technical recruiting experience with demonstrated success filling software engineering and data roles (experience in on-site India hiring preferred).
  • Comfortable running technical screens, coordinating take-home tests or platform-based assessments and partnering with engineering leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, data-driven recruiting and metric ownership (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer-acceptance).
