About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior App Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of our Flutter-based mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in our apps stability, user experience, and overall success. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for Flutter mobile applications. Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, integration, performance, and compatibility testing on both iOS and Android devices. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and test coverage. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Flutter Driver, Appium, or integration_test package. Drive CI/CD integration of testing pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins. Analyze logs and crash reports to identify root causes. Mentor junior testers and improve overall QA practices and documentation. Participate in release planning and own the QA sign-off process for mobile app releases. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in mobile application testing. Basic Knowledge of Flutter App Testing. Strong knowledge of mobile app QA methodologies, tools and processes. Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Appium, Flutter integration_test, Detox). Proficiency in using real devices and emulators for testing. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and tools like Postman for backend testing. Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and quality reports. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in testing apps that integrate with Firebase, push notifications, camera, location, payments, etc. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments. ISTQB or other relevant certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of Dart/Flutter codebase for debugging and test integration.
