As an IT Product Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in the competitive IT industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, showcase product solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Generate leads through various methods such as research, cold calling, and networking. - Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients to showcase the value of our IT products. - Utilize negotiation skills to secure successful sales deals. Client relationship management is a key aspect of this role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients is crucial. By understanding their needs and recommending suitable IT solutions, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor. Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention will be part of your duties. It is important to have a deep understanding of the IT products and services offered by our company. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies will be essential in positioning our products effectively in the market. - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong knowledge of IT solutions like SaaS, cloud computing, networking, or cybersecurity. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred skills for this role include experience in B2B sales or working with mid-size to large enterprises. The ability to handle client objections effectively and provide compelling solutions is an advantage.
