IT Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an expert-level IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, telephony, and network systems. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring deep expertise in VICIdial, firewalls (MikroTik, pfSense, Sophos), network cabling, server deployments, cloud infrastructure, CRM, and VoIP systems.

The ideal candidate will be capable of implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems from physical cabling to cloud deployments, while leading a technical team and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Telephony & VICIdial Management

• Install, configure, and maintain VICIdial servers on bare-metal and cloud setups.
• Integrate VICIdial with SIP carriers/trunks and optimize call routing and quality.
• Troubleshoot dialers, SIP, RTP, NAT, and firewall issues.
• Monitor call quality (MOS scores, jitter, packet loss) and campaign dashboards.

Network & Security Infrastructure

• Deploy, manage, and optimize MikroTik routers/firewalls, including multi-WAN, VPNs, NAT, and QoS.
• Configure and maintain pfSense and Sophos firewalls for enterprise security.
• Design and manage LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, subnets, and routing.
• Implement network monitoring, alerting, logging, and security audits.

System Administration & Servers

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers/workstations.
• Deploy and manage bare-metal and cloud servers for CRM, webmail, and telephony.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker/Kubernetes for scalable services.

Cabling & Physical Infrastructure

• Design and implement structured cabling (RJ45 crimping, patch panels, I/O box punching).
• Maintain detailed network topology and documentation.

Applications & Services

• Deploy and maintain CRM platforms, webmail servers, and VoIP solutions.
• Implement security hardening, updates, and compliance for all services.
• Optimize system performance and automate repetitive tasks where possible.

IT Support & Leadership

• Advanced Windows and Linux troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex network, firewall, and telephony issues.
• Mentor junior IT staff and lead technical teams.
• Plan IT strategy aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hands-on IT Manager or Senior IT Administrator.
• Expert-level knowledge of VICIdial server, telephony, and VoIP integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in MikroTik RouterOS, pfSense, and Sophos firewalls.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, routing, VPNs, VLANs, QoS, and IP schemes.
• Skilled in structured cabling, RJ45 crimping, patch panels, and I/O boxes.
• Expert Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with bare-metal and cloud server deployments, CRM, webmail, and telephony.
• Familiarity with virtualization, containerization, monitoring, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and strategic IT planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: MTCNA/MTCRE, CCNA, RHCSA, Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with high-availability systems, load balancing, clustering, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of security audits, compliance standards (GDPR, ISO), and vulnerability management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Ability to automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
