Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, generate reports, and support data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and clean data from various sources.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI preferred).
• knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in marketing, advertising, or digital product environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, or DAX formulas.
• Experience with the related role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
