Key Responsibilities Client/POC Management: Independently manage 1520 client POCs. Build strong, ongoing relationships and ensure seamless delivery. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles—from sourcing to onboarding. Delivery Ownership: Drive timely fulfillment of client demands while upholding quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for updates, escalations, and feedback. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet aggressive hiring goals. Reporting & Analysis: Track daily/weekly hiring metrics and deliver performance reports to leadership and clients. Process Optimization: Continuously enhance recruitment strategies and delivery workflows. Mandatory Requirements 6–12 years of experience in IT recruitment and client/account management. Direct experience working with major IT clients such as Infosys or Wipro. Proven ability to independently handle 15–20 POCs of Wipro and Infoysys Solid understanding of IT technologies and recruitment practices. Proficiency with ATS platforms, Excel dashboards, and MIS tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Preferred Background in IT staffing or consulting firms. Candidates currently based in Bangalore or in remote roles with frequent client interaction. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice.
