Role Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. Present and demonstrate our IT solutions to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote services. Assist in developing pricing strategies based on market analysis. Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and suggestions. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights. Support the onboarding of new clients to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong time management and organizational skills.
