Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Indore. The IT BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals, and working closely with the development team to ensure customer requirements are met. The role involves regular analysis of market trends and competitor activities to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Client Management, and Market Research skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal preparation skills
• Understanding of software development processes and technology trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
