Job Description

IT Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for future opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT services (web/app development, software solutions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or other lead generation platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
