Description
The IT & AI Systems Executive will manage and support the complete digital ecosystem of the online school, including virtual classrooms, CRM platforms, learning management systems, and AI-driven tools. The role requires strong adaptability to emerging technologies to ensure seamless online teaching, admissions, student engagement, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Online Classes & Virtual Learning SupportManage and support online classes through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, or similar.
Ensure smooth scheduling, live session support, recordings, and troubleshooting during online classes.
Support teachers and students with technical issues related to virtual classrooms.
Manage LMS platforms for content upload, assignments, attendance, and assessments.
2. CRM & Digital Workflow ManagementOperate and manage CRM systems for admissions, student onboarding, parent communication, and support tickets.
Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports as per school requirements.
Integrate CRM with ERP, LMS, and communication tools (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
Maintain accurate data, user roles, and access controls.
3. AI Tools & AutomationUse AI tools for:
Automated communication and follow-ups
Data analysis and reporting
Content creation and documentation
Process optimization and task automation
Train staff in the effective and ethical use of AI tools.
Continuously explore and recommend AI solutions to improve academic delivery and administrative efficiency.
4. IT Systems & Digital InfrastructureMaintain cloud-based systems, storage, backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and digital assets.
5. Technical Support & TrainingAct as the first point of contact for IT, CRM, and AI-related issues.
Conduct basic training sessions for teachers and staff on digital tools.
Create SOPs, user guides, and best practices for online systems.
6. Reporting & CoordinationGenerate regular reports related to system performance, CRM metrics, online class effectiveness, and AI usage.
Coordinate with academic, admissions, and administrative teams to align technology with school goals.
Liaise with external vendors and platform service providers.
Qualifications & SkillsEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
Certification in CRM platforms, AI tools, or cloud systems is an added advantage
Skills RequiredStrong experience with online class platforms and LMS
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (admissions, student lifecycle, communication)
Practical working knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms
High adaptability to new technologies and digital workflows
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to train non-technical users
Experience2–5 years of experience in IT systems, digital platforms, or ed-tech environments
Experience in online schools, ed-tech companies, or digital education platforms preferred
