Key Responsibilities🔒 Access ControlMonitor and manage entry and exit points for students, staff, visitors, and vehicles Verify identity and purpose of visitors before granting access Maintain logbooks or digital records of visitors and deliveries 📹 SurveillanceConduct regular foot patrols of school premises (classrooms, hallways, perimeters, play areas) Monitor CCTV and alarm systems where applicable Report suspicious behavior or activities immediately to school authorities 🚨 Emergency ResponseRespond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards (e.g., fire, medical, security threats) Guide evacuation drills and procedures as per school protocol Assist students and staff during emergencies 🧍‍♂️ Student Safety & ConductEnsure students do not leave campus without authorization Prevent and report incidents such as fights, bullying, or theft Monitor crowd behavior during school assemblies, functions, or dismissal 🛠️ Property & Asset ProtectionEnsure gates, doors, and classrooms are properly locked after hours Guard school property from theft, vandalism, or misuse Inspect security equipment and notify maintenance if repairs are needed 📋 Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily security reports/logs Report incidents and violations to school administration Cooperate with police or fire services when required ✅ Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum 10th pass (preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (school or institutional setting preferred) Skills: Alertness and integrity Basic knowledge of security protocols Ability to read/write in Hindi (English an advantage) Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure ⏱️ Working Hours8 to 9 hours per day (as per UP labour law) May include morning/evening shifts or weekend duties on rotation Overtime compensated as per regulations 👨‍⚖️ Compliance & ConductMust comply with the Minimum Wages Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and other applicable labor laws Must adhere to the school's code of conduct and maintain confidentiality
