Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Security Guard, primarily based in Saharsa, Bihar, with some flexibility for remote work. The Security Guard will monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety, manage access points, and respond effectively to security issues or emergencies. Additional responsibilities include interacting professionally with clients, maintaining a secure environment, and providing reports on incidents or irregularities as needed. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members Experience and knowledge in Physical Security and Private Security practices Familiarity with Personnel Security protocols and the ability to implement them in relevant situations Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism, alertness, and ethical conduct Previous experience in a security role or a related field is preferred Physical fitness and the ability to respond swiftly to security concerns Background in the armed forces or security training is an added advantage Basic communication and report-writing skills in both verbal and written format
