Role & responsibilities To conduct audits in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 To manage time effectively throughout entire audit cycle From planning to reporting. To cooperate and coordinate with audit team leader during the audit. Support, monitor, review and improve IMS implementation Ensure IMS Manual, Policies, Procedures and Documents are available and updated whenever changes happened in the business Conduct internal Audits and MRMs on regular basis Coordination with international system certifying bodies Coordinate certifying bodies and internal functional heads for smooth external audits , both surveillance and certification audits Establish functional objectives and KPIs in coordination with functional heads Lead training on Internal auditor course, Lead auditor course whenever required Establish internal customer satisfaction survey Ensure document availability, control and access to all the stakeholders IMS Visual management system implementation Support in system NCRs and CAPA Prepare & Maintain Weekly and Monthly report. On regular basis / emergency visit all sites / companies in India. Required Skills - Between 2 to 7 Years of experience required. Candidate is preferred to have (not mandatory) background of IT Industry/firm/organization or institute. A good understanding about Quality ISO Standards specially for ISO 9001 (QMS) (Other ISO standard knowledge is good to have) Preferred to have (not mandatory) Internal Auditor certification on any ISO Standard Candidate having an Auditor experience for Project will be added advantage. Understanding/Knowledge about Project Deliveries through metrics Primary Understanding of Problem solving and Risk Management. Graduation or Master degree (B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc or any relevant degree in Quality Management) Good communication skills.
