The role is responsible for managing and enhancing the companys Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Job Role
Key duties include harmonizing and updating quality procedures, supporting ISO9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, and Kosher implementation, and training employees to strengthen awareness of quality and food safety. The position involves conducting internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement projects. The candidate will coordinate with Production, R&D, and QC teams to maintain raw material and product quality standards, oversee inspection and testing of materials, and ensure compliance with company specifications. Responsibilities also include handling customer complaints, preparing quality reports and MIS, maintaining workplace hygiene and safety standards, and participating in training and technical seminars.
Qualification
The ideal candidate should hold a B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech in Chemistry or Food Technology.
Experience Required - 25 years of experience in the food or oils & fats industry, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
