Designation: Sr. Executive Quality (Internal Audit)

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Essential Attributes:

• Education: Candidate should be B.COM Graduate (3 Years Exp.) / M. COM (2 Year Exp.) / MBA Finance (1 Year).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Hands on knowledge about ISO certification and processes involved to attain ISO certification
• Analytical Skills: Advance excel with V-lookup, H-lookup, pivots and proficient in data analysis, problem-solving.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills to drive quality initiatives.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Travel: Willing to travel (Audit Visits).
• Additional: Understanding of accounting process.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate the teams for understanding / implementation of the standard requirements.
• Conduct internal audit and facilitate external audits to ensure adherence to QMS quality standards and regulations.
• Analysis performance data to identify trends, generate reports, and monitor key quality indicators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in products and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, audit records, and quality control records.
• Conducting internal (QMS, system and financial audits)
• Cost analysis.
• To stop & arrest Revenue Leakage.
• To have continuous improvement in the system.
• To achieve the organization goals with value addition.
• Highlighting deviations / problems with solution suggestions.
• Troubleshooting / other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Closing Audit Point raised.

• Process knowledge of various segments of Logistics.
