Job Overview

dynamic and experienced HR & Operations professional

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operations (50%)

Develop, implement, and monitor
manufacturing policies, SOPs, and ISO standards
.
Ensure compliance with
quality management systems
and maintain audit readiness.
Drive
operational excellence
and streamline workflows across departments.
Prepare and maintain
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
for management review.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Payroll & HRMS (30%) - Overview

Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
Oversee
HRMS data integrity
, attendance, and leave management systems.
Generate
HR analytics and dashboards
for strategic decision-making.

HR & People Processes (20%)

Conduct
induction and onboarding
programs for new hires.
Support the implementation of
Performance Management Systems (PMS)
.
Assist in
policy formulation, process improvement, and documentation
.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
and manage grievance resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
manufacturing HR policies, SOPs, and ISO documentation
.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS tools, payroll systems, and MIS reporting
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and analytical skills
.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with
attention to detail and process focus
.
Minimum
68 years of relevant experience
in HR & Operations.
