Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining the Injection Molding Machines and other machineries in the factory to ensure optimal working condition and maximize production efficiency. This includes planning and executing preventative maintenance schedules, monitoring maintenance activities, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and implementing energy conservation measures. Your role will also involve coordinating with the Operations team, evaluating daily maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with industrial norms and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and prepare periodical preventative maintenance schedules for machinery - Conduct 100% preventive maintenance as per schedules - Monitor and control maintenance activities for various equipment including TRANSFORMER, DG's, MOTOR, UPS, BATTERY CHARGER, APFC (LT & HT), Electrical Panels - Perform PLC, HMI Programming & Troubleshooting for Siemens, Omron, Delta systems - Troubleshoot electrical circuits and VFD Panels - Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the team - Monitor and control power consumption and implement energy conservation measures - Prepare and maintain ISO audit documents - Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes, Pumps, Boiler Qualification Required: - Diploma or Professional Degree - Experience of 1-3 years in Electrical Maintenance in the Plastic Injection Molding Industry (Note: Additional Details are omitted as they do not contain relevant information for the job description.),
