Job Responsibility Getting quotations, making comparisons and processing orders based on the approvals. Follow up with the supplier/transporter for the deliveries. Coordinate with the respective departments like Plant/Stores/Finance for smooth transactions. Maintain monthly/quarterly MIS for the Ordering status. Responsible for cost effective and timely capital purchase. Purchase Planning and Control matching with the Production Planning. To send enquiry to the vendors as per requirement. Proper documentation record keeping of purchase orders and related documents. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Purchase Executive - Raw Material: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad - 380009, Gujarat (Preferred)
