Requirement:
We are looking for Documentation /Logistic Executive candidates for our company.
Roles and Responsibility:
· Pre-Post Shipment Documentation work.
· Prepare & Verify Export Documents.
· Liaise with CHA's, freight forwarders and transporters, factory for complete shipment.
· Build relationships with leading shipping forwarders and shipping lines for preferred rates for the company's export markets.
· Co-Ordination with Shipping Companies for issuance of B/L, vessel schedule etc. Tracking all of Export & Import shipments and update data & documents about the same. Reporting to Managing Director about the total shipment & all information.
Requirements and skills:
· Must working with Manufacturing company (not for Shipping & Forwarders)
· Must be well versed in Export import procedures and documentation.
· Must be fluent in English, Well versed with MS office.
· Prepare export documents in accordance with letter of credit/PO.etc..
· ERP experience is preferable
Education:
· B.com/M.com/MBA With Experience in Export Docs
Experience:
· 1 to 2 years.
