Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Engineer with expertise in handling and repairing electrical circuits for welding machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning industrial machinery. Freshers are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Register and handle service complaints related to welding machines. Visit customer sites to diagnose and resolve service-related issues. Perform installation and commissioning of welding machines at various sites. Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PCB drawings, and other machine components. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to enhance machine efficiency. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure high-quality after-sales service. Provide training and technical guidance to customers regarding machine operations. Maintain service logs and prepare reports on customer support activities. Required Qualifications & Experience: Diploma ITI Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in servicing electrical circuits. Experience in repairing or handling welding machines is preferred. Knowledge of electrical circuits, PCB drawings, and troubleshooting techniques. Work on a wide range of electrical systems such as: Substations Motors and Transformers Diesel Generators (DG) Power Distribution Systems HT & LT Panels Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Lightning and Earthing Systems Independently handle troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in electrical systems. Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Support in wiring, grounding, and establishing proper electrical connections in machinery and equipment. Participate in routine and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime. Adhere to electrical safety protocols and industry standards during all operations. Skills Required: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring systems, and safety norms. Hands-on experience with electrical tools, testing equipment, and industrial machinery. Sound knowledge of power equipment and maintenance practices.
