About The Role We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of our products and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure products meet defined standards and specifications. Design, plan, and execute testing protocols including functional, regression, integration, and performance tests. Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Analyze test data and generate reports to provide insights on product quality and areas for improvement. Monitor production processes and inspect materials, parts, and finished products for defects. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality problems effectively. Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Utilize quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, and FMEA for process improvements. Assist in supplier quality management by conducting audits and evaluating supplier performance. Document quality procedures, test cases, and results for audit readiness and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles (typically 2+ years). Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or relevant industry standards. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause Analysis). Experience with testing tools and software for data collection and reporting. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
