Job Description

Role Summary

end-to-end vendor invoice tracking, validation, and recording

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor
vendor invoices in the Uyumsoft system
on a daily basis.
Validate vendor invoices to ensure the
presence of correct order numbers
.
Record invoices
without order numbers
in the
Google Invoice Tracker Sheets
for follow-up and tracking.
Maintain and update the
Google Invoice Tracker Sheets daily
to ensure real-time visibility.
Record and process
vendor invoices in NetSuite
accurately and within defined timelines.
Review and
approve automatic revenue invoices
in both
NetSuite and Uyumsoft
as per process.
Prepare and share the
weekly invoice aging report
post training, highlighting pending and overdue items.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies or missing information.
Ensure compliance with internal finance controls and documentation standards.
Support finance team during audits and process improvements related to invoicing.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
invoice processing and finance operations
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
(NetSuite preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good working knowledge of
Google Sheets
Ability to manage daily operational tasks with discipline and ownership

Preferred Experience

36 years of experience in
finance operations / invoicing
Prior exposure to
Uyumsoft or NetSuite(Oracle)
is a strong advantage.
Experience working in shared services or GCC finance environments is a plus
