Position Overview: The Service Support Associate is responsible for ensuring effective handling of customer service requests, troubleshooting issues online, and coordinating with service engineers to provide timely resolutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer-centric communication, and the ability to efficiently manage data and resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction and Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with HVAC systems. Understand and analyze customer problems, providing immediate troubleshooting assistance online when possible. Maintain a patient and professional approach while addressing customer concerns and queries. 2. Service Coordination: Assign service requests to appropriate service engineers based on the nature of the issue and their expertise. Monitor and track the progress of assigned service tasks to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with the team to optimize resource allocation and daily work schedules. 3. Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer and service-related data in the system. Track and report on service metrics, including response times, issue resolutions, and customer satisfaction. 4. Material and Resource Monitoring: Keep track of material usage for service tasks and ensure adequate stock availability. Plan and adjust daily work schedules based on team availability and workload. Coordinate with the inventory team to request and replenish necessary materials. 5. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service requests. Prepare and share detailed reports with the Service Manager regarding service performance and challenges. Collaborate with other departments to address recurring issues and improve service efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Customer Service). Experience: 2-6 years of experience in service support or a similar role. Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of patience and customer empathy. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and service management software. Position Overview: The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise on HVAC solutions. The role involves promoting BNEs range of LG, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi air conditioning systems, as well as overseeing the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals. 2. Client Engagement: Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of BNEs products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. 3. Proposal and Quotation: Collaborate with the Quotation & MIS team to prepare accurate and competitive proposals. Ensure proposals meet client specifications and budget constraints. Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively. 4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on product selection, installation, and maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product developments. Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs. 5. Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service team for timely support and issue resolution. Collect and address client feedback to improve service delivery. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections. 6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly and quarterly sales targets. Number of qualified leads converted into sales. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Timely collection of payments. Volume of light commercial and commercial HVAC product sales. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred). Experience: 2 - 7 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for sales are also welcome. Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Negotiation and problem-solving skills. Behavioral Attributes: Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Results-driven and goal-oriented. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Professional demeanor with a commitment to continuous learning.
