HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  

HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
  
• Handle employee induction, documentation, and HRMS data updates.
  
• Draft HR policies, circulars, and employee communication.
  
• Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with accounts.
  
• Maintain employee files and ensure data confidentiality.
  

Employee Engagement & Administration

• Plan and execute engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and events.
  
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding and full & final settlements.
  
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidate only.
  
• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in

  end-to-end HR operations and recruitment

  .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS/ERP preferred).
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
