Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Associate to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, a leading hotel and restaurant establishment. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data and attendance.
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
Provide support in benefits administration and other HR-related tasks.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software is necessary.
