Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end visa and labour card processes, ensuring full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations. The candidate will proactively track expiries, handle timely renewals, and maintain accurate employee documentation in HR systems. The position requires close coordination with Government Relations, HRBPs, and internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and ensure timely renewal of employee visas and labour card to maintain compliance with UAE immigration laws.
• Handle issuance and renewal of Labour Cards and Visas for all staff.
• Maintain accurate records of LC and Visa expiry dates and initiate renewal processes proactively.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and company policies related to visas and work permits.
• Maintain updated employee files with visa and LC details in HR systems.
• Liaise with Government relation department, HRBPs and internal departments for smooth processing.
• Support employees with visa and LC related queries and provide guidance on documentation requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on visa and LC status for management review.
• Monitor and update visa/LC trackers to avoid delays or penalties.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and immigration regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Someone who can join immediately.
